I’ve been where you are — stuck in a loop of trying to look and feel better, but deep down, I wasn’t doing anything that actually helped. I felt exhausted, lost, and disconnected from myself.

I normalised low energy, low calorie diets, and forced workouts just to fit in.

My body finally screamed loud enough for me to listen. I hit rock bottom with my health —
✖️ Lost my menstrual cycle
✖️ Anaemia and nutrient deficiencies
✖️ Disregulated hormones, thyroid and sleep
✖️ Exhaustion to the point I couldn’t walk up stairs
✖️ Binge cycles and a toxic relationship with food

That’s when I flipped the script.
I prioritised my health. I stopped trying to fit in, and instead focused on what actually worked for my body.

Now? I coach men and women to do the same.
